Victor is the Beach Hockey Director for the Puerto Rican Hockey Federation Board. In 1990 he began to play hockey after Victor Rojas, one of the Puerto Rican Hockey pioneers, worked an initiative to promote the Hockey in Puerto Rico.

In March 2022 he finally make our first Beach Hockey 3X3 tournament on Pala Arena event Vega Baja PR. It was reported by the FIH. It gave them exposure to be on TV for 3 occasions, something which has never happened before with hockey in Puerto Rico.
