Zaffarul is a Malaysian aged 59. A sports enthusiasts since his early teens playing hockey, football, rugby and tennis competitively.
He is currently the Senior Director of "Live Sports" with Astro Malaysia the Premium Sports Channel in Malaysia. With 35 years in broadcasting he brings to World Beach Hockey a variety of expertise towards the development of Beach Hockey.
